Regime Change LiFe

Call me old fashioned, but when it comes to quality hip-hop, I still like to listen to some Mos Def, Tribe, De La, or Talib Kweli. Except now I think I’m digging a new beat.

You may recognize Max!m!il from the Light ‘Em Up Hannukah Worldwide video or from Birthright Israel Monologues, but Max!m!l’s main project is working with his hip-hop group Regime Change, who is dropping their first album, called Int’l Party on March 21st.
The latest track from Regime Change, which includes Max!m!il, Okai, and Stupid?, is called “LiFe.” It makes me see the light at the end of this wintry tunnel as this song reminds me of hot summer days spent walking down steamy city streets.
To celebrate the release of their album, Int’l Party, and to kick off their international tour, Regime Change is throwing a party at a secret location on March 21st in Brooklyn. From what I hear, this is the not-to-be-missed party of the season, with Regime Change performing songs from their new album with more than eight musicians on the line-up, special guests, and three DJs to party all night. I’m looking forward to getting my free Regime Change swag bag and taking some hot photos, which can be downloaded from their site after the party.
To get the location for the party on March 21st, and more tracks from Regime Change, check out www.regimechangemusic.com. And for the social media inclined, follow them at twitter.com/regimechange.
