Good Thing I Don’t Touch Girls (Or I’d Touch You)

This is a classic poetic performance piece much like Saul Williams used to always throw “Sha-Clack-Clack” in his repertoire and the Hebrew Mamita does her “Look Don’t Look Jewish”. Every spoken word artist has one and Matthue Roth’s is “Good Thing I Don’t Touch Girls (Or I’d Touch You)”. I remember performing with him at Sarah Lawrence and Wesleyan and Harvard 6 years ago and never getting bored of it. I guess that is what makes it classic. This time he is performing it at a flower shop Motzia Shabbat in crown heights. And you thought Chabad didn’t have an underground Slam Poetry night in the hood.
ch-ch-check it out!
